How do I go about renting a dumpster with HSDO Pros?
You can easily rent a dumpster with us either through our online booking system or by giving us a call. Our friendly customer service team will guide you through the process and help you select the right dumpster for your needs.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All forms of payment are made electronically. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Venmo, and Cash App. Unfortunately, we do not take cash or checks.
What types of waste are not allowed in the dumpsters?
While our dumpsters can handle a wide variety of waste types, we do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to motor oil, weapons, tires, asbestos, sealed tanks/drums, chemicals, propane tanks, and pesticides.
What happens if I exceed the weight limit of the dumpster?
If you exceed the weight limit of the dumpster, you will be charged for the additional weight based on the tonnage rate. The dump fee is entirely placed upon the customer, ensuring transparency and fairness in our pricing.
Are your services available on weekends?
Our services are available Monday through Friday, from 7AM to 8PM. We strive to accommodate our customers’ preferred schedules within these hours for dumpster rentals, deliveries, and pickups.
Do I need to be present during the dumpster delivery or pick-up?
Yes. It’s HSDO Pros’ policy for an adult to be present when we deliver your dumpsters. Before renting a dumpster with us, please ensure to coordinate and have an adult present during the time of delivery.
