You can easily rent a dumpster with us either through our online booking system or by giving us a call. Our friendly customer service team will guide you through the process and help you select the right dumpster for your needs.
We accept cash as the primary form of payment. We also accept corporate checks and electronic payments, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Google Pay, PayPal, PayPal Credit, Venmo, and Cash App. Unfortunately, we do not take personal checks.
While our dumpsters can handle a wide variety of waste types, we do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to motor oil, weapons, tires, asbestos, sealed tanks/drums, chemicals, propane tanks, and pesticides.
If you exceed the weight limit of the dumpster, you will be charged for the additional weight based on the tonnage rate. The dump fee is entirely placed upon the customer, ensuring transparency and fairness in our pricing.
Our services are available Monday through Saturday, from 7AM to 3PM. We are also available on Sunday, from 7AM to 12NN. We strive to accommodate our customers’ preferred schedules within these hours for dumpster rentals, deliveries, and pickups.
Yes. It’s HSDO Pros’ policy for an adult to be present when we deliver your dumpsters. Before renting a dumpster with us, please ensure to coordinate and have an adult present during the time of delivery.
